Every week, the specially equipped kitchen comes alive with the scent of freshly baked apple pies. Baking gives the participants not only joy and a sense of structure, but also a way for their hard work to be seen and tasted. The pies have already been a hit at conferences, and now our restaurant guests can enjoy firsthand how extraordinary a slice of apple pie can be when crafted with such care and dedication.
