Van der Valk Hotel De Bilt - Utrecht is undergoing renovations.

New construction

The permit for our new construction has officially been granted. This means we can now truly start preparing for a major renovation of our hotel.

We expect to begin renovating the parking lot this winter. By the summer of 2026, we will start preparations for the temporary setup.

Eventually, our current main building will make way for a modern, sustainable structure with additional rooms, brand-new facilities, and a fresh look.

During construction, we will remain open for our guests.

New construction

The renovation of the parking lot on the east side of the main building has now been completed, and currently, work is being done to set up the construction site.

During the autumn months, the first part of the current main building will be demolished and made ready for construction. Throughout all phases of construction, our hotel will remain open!
