Lunch & Dinner

Our kitchen brigade takes care of your breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks every day, under the supervision of chef Joram van Twillert. Every season he prepares a menu with beautiful seasonal products, where possible organic and local.

For example, we process the harvest from our own vegetable garden in fresh dishes, we serve traditional hams and sausages from “Extraordinary Pigs” and croquettes from “Fungi Factory”. Read more about our sustainable initiatives here. Eat, drink and enjoy!
